"Lindy's Diner isn't just an all-American favorite, it's an all-American presidential favorite."

"Lindy's Diner is a great place to get a good meal for a reasonable price. My children love their chocolate chip
pancakes! Sometimes there is a line to be seated, but it is definitely worth the wait!"
"A 'real' diner. Lindy's hosts the best grilled cheese in Keene! Their food is greasy in that perfect diner way!
Mini jukeboxes at each table that work for the most part. Old-school diner tables and bar. Servers in great old
outfits. And food exactly what you need & want from a diner. Lindy's also hosts place mats with pictures of political officials that have visited Keene & Lindy's. A local monument!"

"Old fashioned home cooking at its best. Talk about going back in time. Lindy's Diner has been around for 50+
years and hasn't changed a bit. Breakfast is served all day long, and everything is made fresh. This is home style
cooking at its best! Parking is plentiful, the portions of food are significantly large and the place itself is very clean.
Many presidents and Government officials have visited and have had their photos taken. All in all good food at
"Fastest breakfast in New England! Everyone in the area knows which place you're talking about when you say the
one word 'Lindy's.' The food's ALWAYS quite good, there's plenty of it, the service is quick, and the prices are
reasonable. It's the best place in Keene for a good home-cooked type of meal, any time of the day!"

"An experience worth the visit! Lindy's is fast and attentive. The food is good. This little diner serves some of the
best breakfasts. The grits would make a Southerner proud. Good food portions and everything (including several of
the breads) are made from scratch or at least taste that way. Great place to meet locals and get a true flavor of
Keene. The diner is in original and unrestored condition, but fits the image. A visit to Keene would be incomplete
without having a meal at Lindy's."

"The setting is a very quiet and very quaint New England town. Lindy's is right off Main Street in historic and record
setting downtown Keene. Record setting because Keene is known for basically two things. One is that it has the
widest Main Street in the USA. I don't know how they measure that but there they are. Secondly, and this is where
you may know Keene from, is it once held the Guinness Book of World Records for the most lit Jack-O-Lanterns in
one place. This is a record Keene pretty much invented with its annual Pumpkin Festival in late October. They
broke there own record 7 times. From what I understand, Boston, MA now holds that title. It was simply a source
of pride. The service is where the diner shines. The staff is very friendly and the owner is often the one serving the vittles. She has a pleasant New England charm about her and the rest of her staff take the cue from her. You will
enjoy your stay there, guaranteed. The town, and the old style of this diner give it a full thumbs up. Although you
cannot view the downtown strip from the diner, it is not even a half block away so you can walk off that food with a
brisk walk up and down Main Street. The decor of this diner is typical New England diner. That is a good thing.
During warm months, you can dine on the patio and after you finish eating, you can grab an ice cream cone at the
ice cream stand located right there on the patio!"
